2. After the host is powered on, press any number key to enter the main screen; The main screen displays length, plan, completion, progress, operation, manual, and one of the options can be selected through the selection keys. The size of the option can be set using the number keys. C and CE are both reset keys, and the length is the specification length of the rolled plate, in millimeters. The planned value is the quantity of the plate type that needs to be pressed, the completed value is the quantity that has been rolled, and the progress value is the length rolled out during the rolling process. When the progress value is equal to the length value, The system will stop and automatically cut, adding one to the completed number.
3. The user first needs to set the length value and planned number, then use the [Select] key to select the running option, and then press the [OK] key to achieve automatic operation. Start running when the completion count is less than the plan, and the system runs until the two are equal; Start operation when the completion number is greater than or equal to the planned number, and automatically stop after rolling only one plate and cutting it. Press the [Reset] button to stop the vehicle.
2、 Glass tile pressing machine control cabinet panel
1. The forward and reverse operation of the host is controlled by a frequency converter, and its speed can be controlled by the high/low speed switch on the panel. Be sure to place the speed switch at high speed during automatic operation.
2. The oil pump switch is used to control the start and stop of the oil pump. Before running, please turn on the oil pump to provide pressure to the hydraulic system. After the oil pump is running, pay attention to whether the direction of the oil pump should be consistent with the direction of the arrow. If there is any inconsistency, please replace any two three-phase motors in the oil pump motor with each other.
3. The down cutting and return buttons control the operation of the cutting tool. If pressing the cut and return buttons is ineffective, it is generally necessary to consider whether the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank is too low and supplement hydraulic oil to the empty tank. In addition, during the process of cutting and returning the cutting knife, the operation of the limit switch in front will automatically stop.
